Cylindrical upper and lower luminaire housings, lens ring, and canopy are precision machined from 6082 aluminum, then satin anodized. External louvers are spun aluminum with anodized finish to match luminaire and separated by anodized aluminum spacers. Cylindrical matte acrylic lens is sealed to the upper and lower housings with one-piece closed cell silicone gasket. Lens ring fits flush to the housing and is secured with three recessed setscrews. Clear flat tempered glass lens is sealed to the lens ring with one-piece closed cell silicone gasket. Luminaire is attached to stainless steel yoke with precision-machined aluminum adjustment knobs, satin anodized to match luminaire and canopy. Nickel-plated knurled strain reliefs support exposed cable between the luminaire and yoke. Pendant stem is 38" long and finished to match housing. Custom pendant lengths are available upon request. Canopy mounts to the ceiling with factory-supplied hardware and anchors over 3.5” or 4” octagon box. All hardware is stainless steel.

Base up ceramic metal halide lamp positioned within facetted specular aluminum reflector provides symmetrical distribution. Cylindrical matte acrylic lens provides diffused side illumination. Reflector options include narrow, medium, and wide distributions. Optional matte flat glass lens is available upon request.

Ceramic metal halide core and coil ballast with class “H” (180°C) insulation system shall have a minimum high power factor rating of 90% and nominal ballast factor of 1.0. Ballast and starter combination shall be capable of reliable starting to –20°F (-30°C) at nominal line voltage of ±10%. Ballast, capacitor, and starter are UL and CSA recognized. G12 porcelain socket is 660w-600v, 5kV pulse rated.
