luminaire for indoor applications where contemporary styling is desired.
HOUSING
One-piece cylindrical
luminaire housing with integral cooling grooves and lens ring are
precision-machined from billet aluminum, then satin anodized. Lens
ring with internal retention spring press fits flush to the housing,
and can be removed without the use of tools for relamping. Pendant
stem is 38” long and finished to match housing. Custom pendant
lengths are available upon request. Stainless steel yoke has two socket
head cap screws for adjustment of the luminaire. Nickel-plated knurled
strain reliefs support exposed cable between the luminaire and yoke.
Luminaire mounts to 3.5”octagon junction box. All hardware is
stainless steel.
OPTICS
MR16 lamp with symmetrical narrow spot distribution. Additional
distributions are available upon request.
ELECTRICAL
Low voltage halogen
with optional UL and CSA recognized low voltage remote electronic
transformer. Minimum operating temperature is 5°F (-15°C).
Power factor shall be greater than 93% with total harmonic distortion
of less than 20%. Class A insulation system. Low voltage transformer
provides 12V output to lamp with 120v or 277v input depending upon
model. Transformer is encapsulated for low noise operation. GU5.3
base porcelain socket with nickel-plated contacts shall be rated 10A/24V.
