Surface mounted luminaire for interior and exterior applications where contemporary styling is desired.
HOUSING
Two 6060 aluminum alloy sidewalls attach to opposite sides of the square cast aluminum base with concealed hardware. Sidewalls are 0.60” thick and have two ribs attached to the inner side to provide positive alignment of the lens. Matte acrylic cubic lens with integral flange has two white acrylic panels bonded to the outer surface to align the lens assembly to the luminaire. Two cast aluminum fascia elements seal the lens assembly to the single piece EPDM gasket on the base and are secured with countersunk stainless steel screws. Luminaire mounts to surface over single gang switch box with factory supplied hardware and wall anchors. All hardware is stainless steel.
OPTICS
Lamp is positioned within the matte acrylic cylindrical lens providing soft diffused illumination.
ELECTRICAL
Compact fluorescent high frequency electronic ballast shall be
Class P and Outdoor Type 1 rated. Ballast shall have a minimum high
power factor rating of 98% and nominal ballast factor of 0.98. Total
harmonic distortion shall be less than 10%. Ballast shall be capable
of reliable starting to 0°F (-18°C) at nominal line voltage
and frequency of ±10%. Ballast shall be UL and CSA recognized. Lamp socket is 75w-600v rated.
