HOUSING
Cylindrical luminaire base is precision-machined from 6060 aluminum then satin anodized. Aluminum cylinder is 6060 tubing with anodized finish to match base. Cylinder with retention spring press fits flush to the housing and can be removed without the use of tools for relamping. Precision-machined anodized aluminum trim plate is attached to luminaire housing with concealed hardware and mounts to 4” octagon junction box (by others). All hardware is stainless steel.
OPTICS
Base up lamp with flood distribution is positioned within the cylinder providing symmetrical light pattern. Additional distributions are available upon request.
ELECTRICAL
Low voltage halogen with UL and CSA recognized remote electronic transformer. Minimum operating temperature is 5°F (-15°C). Power factor shall be greater than 93% with total harmonic distortion of less than 20%. Class A insulation system. Low voltage transformer provides 12V output to lamp with 120v or 277v input depending upon model. Transformer is encapsulated for low noise operation. GU5.3 base porcelain socket with nickel-plated contacts shall be rated 10A/24V.
