Semi recessed ceiling mounted luminaire for interior applications where contemporary styling is desired.
HOUSING
Cylindrical luminaire base is precision-machined from 6060 aluminum then satin anodized. Aluminum cylinder is 6060 tubing with slotted apertures. Cylinder is satin anodized finish to match base. Cylinder with retention spring press fits flush to the housing and can be removed without the use of tools for relamping. Semi recessed trim plate is spun aluminum with satin anodized finish to match luminaire base. Luminaire and trim mount to factory-supplied recessed mounting frame with concealed hardware. All hardware is stainless steel.
OPTICS
Base up lamp with flood distribution is positioned within the cylinder providing symmetrical light pattern. Additional distributions are available upon request.
ELECTRICAL
Low voltage halogen transformer is remote mounted to factory-supplied J-box located on the recessed mounting frame. Minimum operating temperature is 5°F (-15°C). Power factor shall be greater than 93% with total harmonic distortion of less than 20%. Class A insulation system. Low voltage transformer provides 12V output to lamp with 120v or 277v input depending upon model. Transformer is encapsulated for low noise operation. GU5.3 base porcelain socket with nickel-plated contacts shall be rated 10A/24V.
