Pole mounted luminaire
for pedestrian scale applications where contemporary styling is desired.
HOUSING
Oval shaped housing
with finned detailing is extruded 6060 aluminum. Luminaire roof and bottom are cast aluminum and sealed to the housing with closed cell silicone gasketing. Frameless clear tempered glass lens with decorative screen printing is hinged and opens with single quarter-turn fastener for easy relamping. Reflector plate features tool-less access by means of a push-button latching mechanism to allow access to tray mounted electrical components. Slipfitter is fabricated from machined aluminum and is secured to pole-top tenon with two offset rows of three recessed setscrews. Luminaire is available in single or twin mount configurations. All hardware is stainless steel.
OPTICS
Hydroformed aluminum reflector for horizontal lamp is facetted with specular finish providing an assymetric full cut-off light distribution pattern..
ELECTRICAL
Metal halide core and coil ballast with class “H” (180°C) insulation system shall have a minimum high power factor rating of 90% and nominal ballast factor of 1.0. Ballast and igniter (where applicable) combination shall be capable of reliable starting to –20°F (-30°C) at nominal line voltage of ±10%. Ballast, capacitor, and igniter are UL and CSA recognized. Medium base porcelain socket is 660w-600v, 4kV pulse rated.

POLE
Straight round steel
pole is manufactured from cold drawn over mandrel, electric-weld,
mechanical round steel tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.142”.
Flush mounted handhole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed
1/8” and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device.
Pole is hot-dip galvanized
with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting.
Base cover is one-piece 0.080” spun aluminum and finished to
match the pole. Specify pole height of 15’ or 20’ overall nominal height

FINISH
Housing is ultrasonically
cleaned prior to painting. Standard finish is finely textured matte
silver grey metallic or graphite grey. Special colors available on request.
WARRANTY
Limited product
warranty period is three years. Lamps and ballasts shall carry the
respective manufacturer's limited warranty.
