HOUSING
One-piece, heavy cast aluminum housing is welded to the 0.24” nominal wall cast aluminum shaft. Top cap and square support posts are precision machined from 6060 billet aluminum. Support posts are regressed to integrate into the head forming a narrow aperture for the matte acrylic lens. Electrical components mount to the underside of the inner housing. Inner housing and top cap are machined to accept one-piece EPDM gasket to provide weather-tight seal to the lens. All hardware is stainless steel.
OPTICS
Base down compact fluorescent lamp positioned within the matte acrylic cylindrical lens produces symmetrical distribution.
ELECTRICAL
Compact fluorescent magnetic ballast shall be Class P and Outdoor Type 1 rated. Ballast shall have a minimum high power factor rating greater than 90%. Ballast shall be capable of reliable starting to 0°F (-18°C) at nominal line voltage and frequency of ±10%. Ballast shall be UL and cUL recognized. GX23-2 lamp socket is 75w-600v rated.

MOUNTING
Bollard is attached to flangeless cylindrical mounting base with two rows of four recessed M16X20 setscrews. Hot-dip galvanized mounting base mounts to three 3/8” x 8” x 1 ½” anchors embedded in concrete foundation (by others).
FINISH
Standard finish is finely textured matte silver grey metallic or graphite grey. Special colors available on request.
WARRANTY
Limited product warranty period is three years. Lamp and ballast shall carry the respective manufacturer’s limited warranty.
