HOUSING
One-piece luminaire base housing is precision-machined from 6060 billet aluminum, then satin anodized. Cylindrical matte acrylic lens with two guide pins twists and locks onto luminaire base and is secured with a three button head cap screws. Luminaire assembly fastens to the one-piece cast aluminum inverted tapered bollard shaft with three concealed socket head cap screws and is sealed with one-piece closed cell silicone gasket. Electronic ballast mounts to bracket on the underside of the housing and is housed in the top of the bracket. All hardware is stainless steel.
OPTICS
Vertical, base down lamp is positioned within the cylindrical matte acrylic lens producing symmetrical distribution.
ELECTRICAL
Compact fluorescent high frequency electronic ballast shall be Class P and Outdoor Type 1 rated. Ballast shall have a minimum high power factor rating of 98% and nominal ballast factor of 0.98. Total harmonic distortion shall be less than 10%. Ballast shall be capable of reliable starting to 0°F (-18°C) at nominal line voltage and frequency of ±10%. Ballast shall be UL and CSA recognized. G24q-3 lamp socket is 75w-600v rated.
Inverted tapered bollard shaft with integral flange plate is cast aluminum with nominal wall thickness of 0.24”. Bollard shaft mounts to anchor base plate assembly with four M10 x 20mm stainless steel socket head cap screws. Anchor base assembly consists of four 3/8” x 10” x 1-1/2” hot-dip galvanized anchor rods secured to a mounting plate and embedded as an assembly in concrete foundation (by others). FINISH
Housing is satin anodized aluminum. Standard finish for bollard shaft is finely textured matte silver gray metallic. Special colors available on request.
WARRANTY
Limited product warranty period is three years. Lamp and transformer shall carry the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
