One-piece luminaire housing and fitter are die-cast aluminum. Housing includes compartment for LED optical system and driver. Hinged aluminum door frame with bonded UV-stabilized prismatic lens is sealed to the housing with one-piece profiled silicone gasket when closed and secured with a single latch assembly. Formed aluminum door latch is flush to the housing when closed and provides tool-less access to the field replaceable LED light engine and driver. Luminaire mounts to 3” O.D. post-top and is secured with two setscrews. Luminaire tilt angle may be adjusted from 0° to 15° in five degree increments. All hardware is stainless steel.

Two multi-chip LEDs mounted to a field replaceable module are positioned within the focal point of the spun aluminum anodized reflector with sandblasted finish. Specially designed prismatic lens is UV-stabilized polycarbonate with internal prisms and smooth exterior surface. Prisms minimize the visual brightness of the lens while producing a uniform asymmetric distribution pattern suitable for sidewalks and other long, narrow applications. Light engine can be replaced by removing three screws and disengaging the electrical disconnect for easy maintenance and future upgrades as technology advances.

Universal driver accepts 120v-277v AC input, 50/60Hz.

Round tapered pole is available in steel or aluminum.

Steel pole manufactured from cold drawn over mandrel, electric-weld, mechanical round steel tubing with nominal wall thickness of 0.142”. Flush mounted handhole cover is plasma cut with kerf not to exceed 1/8” and includes triangular tamper-resistant locking device. Pole is hot-dip galvanized with coating inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to painting. One-piece base cover is 0.080” spun aluminum and finished to match the pole. Nominal pole height is 15'
