Wall mounted luminaire
for outdoor applications where contemporary styling combined with
performance and ease of maintenance is desired.
HOUSING
One-piece die-cast
aluminum housing features integral compartment for reflector and electrical
components. Optical and electrical compartment is sealed to the lens
with one-piece profiled silicone gasket when closed. Frameless tempered
glass lens is secured with a single latch assembly, providing tool-less
access for relamping. Push button latch on the hinged reflector plate
allows tool-less access to the electrical components. Tray mounted
electrical components are removed by loosening two thumbscrews and
single electrical disconnect for ease of maintenance. Luminaire mounts
to 3” O.D. tenon on bracket and is secured with two setscrews.
Luminaire tilt angle may be adjusted from 0° to 15° in five
degree increments. All hardware is stainless steel.
OPTICS
Horizontal lamp
is positioned in the hydroformed facetted aluminum reflector with
specular anodized finish. Clear tempered frameless glass lens with
decorative masking shall be free of sharp edges.
ELECTRICAL
400w and 250w ceramic metal halide: Core and coil ballast with class "H" (180°C) insulation system shall have a minimum high power factor rating of 90% and nominal ballast factor of 1.0. Ballast and starter combination shall be capable of reliable starting to -40°F (-40°C) at nominal line voltage of ±10%. Ballast, capacitor, and starter are UL and CSA recognized. Mogul base porcelain socket is 1500w-600v, 4kV pulse rated.

MOUNTING
Fabricated steel
bracket assembly is composed of two steel plate side sections welded
to horizontal steel section and wall mounting plate. Bracket assembly
mounts over junction box and is secured to wall in four places. Bracket
is hot-dip galvanized inside and out, then lightly sanded prior to
painting.
FINISH
Housing is ultrasonically
cleaned prior to painting. Standard finish is finely textured matte silver grey metallic, dark silver grey metallic, or graphite
grey. Special colors available on request.
WARRANTY
Limited product
warranty period is three years. Lamps and ballasts shall carry the
respective manufacturer's limited warranty.
