Recessed luminaire for exterior and interior wall mounted applications where contemporary styling is desired.
HOUSING
Round tempered glass lens is bonded to stainless steel ring to form the lens assembly. Assembly is attached to stainless steel mounting ring on the housing with four stainless steel countersunk screws and sealed with one-piece die-cut EPDM gasket. Decorative stainless steel trim ring clip mounts to lens assembly and is secured with single recessed setscrew. Trim ring is available with concave radius or U-channel profile. Luminaire housing is spun aluminum and finished on the interior with white paint. Luminaire mounts into recessed spun aluminum rough-in housing.
Rough-in housing assembly includes adjustable protective cover to compensate for variations in finished wall thicknesses up to 1.97". Rough-in housing assembly is suitable for through wiring and may be preshipped upon request. All hardware is stainless steel.
OPTICS
Lens with internal white optical coating to minimize lamp image provides diffused illumination. Three lens styles are available; specify plain, striped, or textured glass.
ELECTRICAL
Compact fluorescent high frequency electronic ballast shall be Class P and Outdoor Type 1 rated. Ballast shall have a minimum high power factor rating of 90% and be capable of reliable starting to 0° F (-18° C) at nominal line voltage. Total harmonic distortion shall be less than 10%. G24q-3 lamp socket is 75w-600v rated.
